Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena. The children will have 1 hour and 15 minutes in the arena before moving to the party room.
Will there be a Boingo's staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes, not only will they assist you but you can sit back and relax. Let our professional “partiers” do the work for you.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Are adults allowed to use the equipment?
Bouncers are just for kids!! You're more than welcome to walk around and observe the fun! You can crawl on the 18 foot crawl through play structure though.
Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We’re happy to set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
*Please note that if excessive party room clean-up is required, you may incur a clean-up fee.
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are welcome but not required.
When should I order pizza, beverages, goodie bags balloons, and other party options?
We’ll call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. Because grown-ups love pizza too, we have whole pizzas available just for them. If you order your food before you get a pre-order discount. If you order/add pizzas AT your party, they are at menu price.
Can I bring food to my party?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, vegetable trays, and fruit trays to your party. We’re sorry, but due to healthy department permits, no other outside food is permitted.
Can I bring in my own drinks?
We have a full service for drinks available to your party. We offer pitchers of soda, lemonade and/or fruit punch. For this reason, you may not bring in any outside drinks.
*For your safety and enjoyment, food and/or beverages are not permitted in the inflatable arena.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our goodie bags or balloons, you are welcome to bring your own balloons and goodie bags with you. However, the goody bags will be passed out as the children leave the facility. We’d be happy to inflate your mylar balloons for $1.00 each for small myalr balloons or $2.00 for large mylar balloons. We can also provide a dozen latex balloons for $9.00.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within
7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 2 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
